This project involves demolishing an existing convenience store and gas station to make room for a modern replacement. We partnered with Dimension Group to navigate the permit process and manage grading, drainage, and frontage improvements. By filing a ROW modification request and completing SEPA documentation, we minimized construction delays and costs. Our thorough planning and diligent follow-up with the City help keep the project on track.
