Meet the members of McInnis Engineering!

Jeff McInnis

Meet Jeff! Jeff is the principal and founder of McInnis Engineering and has been a civil engineer in the Puget Sound area for 30 years. Jeff grew up in Olympia and attended college at Western Washington University. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his large family, playing guitar, and reading.

Kallie Maas

Kallie is a Civil Engineering Technician here at M.E. A Wisconsin native, she grew up in a town called Delafield. After high school, she attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She now lives in Lacey and enjoys exploring Washington state. A fun fact about Kallie is that she played the mellophone in her college Marching Band and was a part of of the Superbowl 52 half-time show with Justin Timberlake. In her spare time, she likes to knit, hike, and cook.

Will McInnis

Will is also a Civil Engineering Technician and is (You guessed it) Jeff’s son. Will grew up in Tacoma and went to Stadium High School. After high school, Will attended Western Washington University and moved to Bellingham. Upon earning his degree, Will and his wife married and bought a home in Tacoma, where they both work. Will has a Great Pyrenees named Alfonzo, also known as “Fonzie”, enjoys watching baseball in his spare time, and loves Chinese food.

Victoria Calhoun

Victoria is the marketing coordinator for the team. Victoria grew up in Puyallup and graduated from the University of Washington in 2016. She now lives in Gig Harbor with her husband where she spends much of her time renovating her home. Victoria’s pride and joys are her 3-year old German Shepherd/Labrador mix named Granger, and her cat, a siamese mix named Piper. Her hobbies include graphic design, art, cooking, and gardening.
