We partnered with Carve Architects and Merit Construction on this design-build project, providing comprehensive site visits and engineering solutions from initial concept to construction. Our team resolved complex grading challenges by preserving existing asphalt while ensuring proper drainage for forklift traffic. When unsurveyed easements threatened the schedule, we acted swiftly to relocate the fire pump house and maintain progress. Ultimately, we balanced practical fire safety requirements with a cost-effective, functional layout that met the owner’s needs.
