Our collaboration with HHJ Architects involved designing two maintenance shops and expanding overflow parking, all while integrating a bioretention pond for stormwater. We secured permits through Pierce County and supported Accrete Construction by addressing RFIs, creating as-built documentation, and providing engineer inspection reports. Our efficient coordination helped the client obtain temporary occupancy and finalize site work without delays. Together, we delivered a functional, compliant, and visually cohesive space.
